Our treatments are specifically reserved for you, and we greatly value your business. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling an appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or same-day cancellations will incur a fee of $50 for each individual per service. Additionally, if you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost, which will be processed within 30 minutes of your scheduled time to the credit card used for the reservation.

Thank you for your understanding. Should you need to cancel, you can reach us via voicemail or email outside of business hours using the contact information available on our website.

Please note that all membership fees, gift cards, gift certificates, purchased credits, and treatment series are non-refundable. Additionally, services associated with series cannot be transferred before or after their expiration date. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to take full advantage of the benefits these offerings provide within their designated timeframes. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards purchased on or after May 1, 2023, are valid for two years from the date of purchase. Please note that while we honored gift certificates from previous ownership during a transitional period, we no longer accept them.
